Membership Policy
The Religious Superiors Conference of Kenya is a voluntary organization open to every Catholic Religious Community of Men that operates with Ecclesiastical approval in Kenya. The Religious Superior of the community may be a Superior General, a Provincial, a Vice – Provincial, a Regional
Superior, or someone designated by the appropriate Religious Superior as an official delegate to the RSCK. It is not necessary that the Religious Superior himself be living in Kenya, but it is necessary for membership in the RSCK that the Religious Community have permanent apostolic presence in Kenya
1. Membership is renewed annually.
2. Every member is asked to remit the subscription fee of Kshs. 25,000 annually.
- Every member of RSCK is represented through the organization to the Kenyan
Conference of Catholic Bishops. - Issues of importance to men’s religious communities are brought to the attention of
the competent ecclesiastical authorities through the RSCK. - Members of the RSCK have the following advantages: Access to church based financial and insurance partners such as Pacis insurance and
Caritas bank.
Eligibility for annual grants for canonical novices in Kenya from the Pontifical Society
of St.
Peter the Apostle.
Consultation to obtain financial grants.
Help with issues needing Canonical guidance
Reference to Civil services.

2.Keeping membership subscription current
3.Sending a representative to the Annual General Meeting and Regional Meetings.
4.Participating in activities of at least one RSCK Commission.
5.Duties and Responsibilities of RSCK Commissions’.
